Flat rate shipping and handling will be added at checkout. Orders shipped to anywhere in the USA, or to APO or FPO addresses, are sent Priority Mail with a shipping and handling fee of $4.99 per paperback book. International shipping is by First Class Mail.  No tax is added for on-line sales unless the book is being shipped to an address in Pennsylvania, USA.  You will receive an e mail confirming your order a minute or two after it is placed, and a second email (usually the next business day) once the order is shipped.  Both emails will come from DoctorinBlue.

If you are ordering the book to be sent to someone else as a gift, and would like a handwritten personalized gift card included, we are happy to provide that at no additional charge.  Just email us at handpickedpublishing@gmail.com what you would like written on the card. Feel free to email us even before placing the order so we can be ready to include the note once the order is placed. We will send you an email confirming that we have added the note per your request once we receive both your email request and your order. We normally do not include any packing slip for gift orders but our contact information is sent with every book, regardless of whether it is a gift order.
